The entertainment was great. We had a wonderful time even when we did not understand some of the programs. It was still excellent. There was a gentleman that spoke some English that made the experience that more memorable. Loved it all !!
We’ve been here for 3 days and I could say it’s your average 4 star hotel. Views are incredible, location is pretty good, food is okayish. but what made this experience incredible is the team, who works there. absolutely every one and each of them is a star, they’re helpful, always smiling, going above and beyond to please you. as someone, who worked in this industry as well I know how incredibly difficult this job is, but they make it look easy. if I could give 10 stars for service – I would. I hope administration treasures their team
The resort is set in a quiet and beautiful area with two nice pools and a private beach. It's a great place for families with children. The food was very good in all the restaurants, but in the Bahia restaurant the food was never hot enough. Almost all the staff speak Spanish only, so there was a communication problem as we only spoke English.
I stayed at room 1820 and I have to say a few things.. at the first few night has been great! But on day 5 I had food poisoning and I heard a lot of others complain that they had food poisoning too. So I’m concerned how the chefs make the food. Other than that I just kinda wish there was more outlets considering I stayed at a room with 3 other family members. And that’s all I have to say, I’m just disappointed about the food, it was delicious but I just don’t understand what happend to it. To everyone else: This is a great hotel, I would recommend but just be careful!
The water is pretty clear. Very family friendly, would definitely come back. The only thing that sucked was that the beach closes at 8 pm, but other than that the pool and beach were very private and clean, and the workers there know how to keep their guests entertained. Also Vicente is the best bartender lol
The staff bent over backwards to accommodate every request! The resort is very secure. Located within a gated community and staffed with round-the-clock security, it's a fabulous family-friendly resort right on the beach. The activities are lots of fun with an activity staff that motivates people to participate.
Excellent service, excellent and quiet location, rooms ok; clean, comfortable but nothing luxurious. Sales reps can be pushy and will have you hours for a sale, but only once in your stay. If you're not part of the royal holiday vacation club, be prepared to be approached and to get an insistent rep for a while. Other than that, perfect non-luxury all-inclusive resort.
It is one of the best all inclusive hotels in Acapulco, period. They have a private beach so you don't have to worry about vendors bothering you to buy something. Plus, the view of the bay is spectacular from that location. Some of the country's richest men live right next door to the hotel, it is a very nice area. The only downside is that it is very difficult to get a room with an ocean view. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
